RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items are final sale. Returns for full refund or store credit are not accepted by MISCHA. 

The only exception permitted is in the case of faulty or damaged items (“Defective Merchandise”), which is determined by MISCHA. Merchandise damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. If the merchandise is determined to be Defective Merchandise, the customer will be entitled to repair or exchange as within the circumstances at the sole expense of MISCHA. Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged. MISCHA retains the sole discretion to determine whether the Merchandise is defective. We reserve the right to deny the repair or exchange.

For damaged items, please send to the address below with a traceable shipping method within 7 working days.

PAYMENTS

We use Paypal to process payments on our site. Paypal supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. You are not required to have a Paypal account to process an order. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. A currency converter is available on our site to view products in the following currencies HKD, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CNY, SGD as a reference, all orders will be processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). 

CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS 

Canvas
The MISCHA Travel Series' exterior coating is splash resistant but not waterproof. For any spills or dirt, gently wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Store your bag in the dust bag provided and keep away from direct sunlight. 

Leather
Our leather trims are all 100% genuine. Overtime you may see creases or discolouration, which are natural features of leather. Do not use chemicals or cleaners as it may damage the leather. 

Jacquard Silk
The MISCHA Vintage Couture line is handcrafted from vintage Japanese obi. Naturally there may be some imperfections which should not be considered flaws. Jacquard silk may be dry cleaned. Scrubbing or pressing can ruin the fabric in the attempt to remove concentrated stains.
