How can I pay for my order?

We use Paypal and Stripe to process payments on our site. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. You are not required to have a Paypal account to process an order.

A currency converter on the top right toolbar of our site can display the following currencies USD, HKD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY, CNY, SGD as a reference. All orders will be processed in United States Dollars (USD). 

Will an invoice be sent with my order?

An invoice will be included in your order unless specified as a gift. 

I have a discount voucher, where do I enter the code?

From the checkout page, you can input your discount code in the box provided. The price is updated accordingly and, on that same page, you finalise your order.

Can I exchange or return my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges through our online store. The only exception permitted is in the case of faulty or damaged items (“Defective Merchandise”), which is determined by MISCHA. Merchandise damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. If the item is determined to be Defective Merchandise, the customer will be entitled to repair or exchange as within the circumstances at the sole expense of MISCHA. Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged.

Can you repair my bag?

We offer a free repairs service for any items up to 1 year after purchase upon submission of a valid proof of purchase. This is part of the after care service offered when purchasing directly from MISCHA. 

How do I look after my product?

    • The MISCHA Travel Series' exterior coating is water resistant. For any spills or dirt, gently wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. 
    • Our leathers are natural calf skins that soften and age with everyday use. This is an attribute of the leather, which we like to see as part of the material's character. 
    • We recommend that you keep your product away from harsh light and direct sunlight as it may cause the colour to fade.
    • Store your MISCHA in its protective dust bag when not in use.
